Feature of Mulberry Powder
In 2002, mulberries were recognized as both a medicine and a food, becoming one of the first batch of substances in my country to be considered both food and medicine.
Mulberry powder is a superfood ingredient that combines natural antioxidants, eye-protecting nutrients, and coloring agents.
Mulberry powder is produced using advanced extraction technology, resulting in more complete retention of active ingredients, higher extraction efficiency, and better water solubility. This product is widely used in food and beverages, nutritional supplements, baking, and other fields, and is also an ideal choice in the food industry's trend towards clean labeling.
High-quality freeze-dried powder is deep purplish-red, easily dissolves in water, and retains its purplish-red color.
Vacuum freeze-drying technology maximizes the preservation of anthocyanins and other nutrients contained in mulberries, as well as their vibrant color.
What is mulberry powder good for?
Mulberry powder is rich in anthocyanins, resveratrol, vitamins, trace elements, minerals, and polyphenolic compounds.
Among these, anthocyanin content is among the highest of all berries. Abundant anthocyanins and other nutrients can effectively scavenge free radicals and slow down aging.
It is used as a nutritional supplement in solid beverages.
As a flavor improver and colorant, it is used in flavored beverages, dairy products, ice cream, baking, candies, and jams, not only providing vibrant colors but also offering a unique sweet and sour mulberry flavor.
