Poudre de prune

We produce this plum powder from thick-fleshed, juicy plums with a balanced sweet and sour taste. Consequently, the product retains the rich organic acids, vitamins, and minerals found in the original fruit. It is a fine powder ranging from light pink to deep reddish-purple. Additionally, it features a loose, non-caking texture and excellent reconstitution properties. It dissolves completely in water to produce a clear solution. Because it effectively captures the natural plum aroma, it reduces the need for artificial flavorings. Therefore, it is an ideal ingredient for functional beverages and health supplements.

Plum powder naturally contains abundant sorbitol and dietary fiber. These nutrients help promote bowel movements. As a result, many manufacturers prefer it as an ingredient for healthy digestive products.

Furthermore, the high concentration of organic acids does more than just quench thirst. It also helps regulate the body's acid-base balance and relieve fatigue. The powder is rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols, which help delay cell aging. In addition, it contains various natural trace elements such as potassium, calcium, and iron. The particularly high potassium content helps maintain cardiovascular health.
